WHAT DO WE DO?
We build Balance, Strength, and Mobility, to improve the health and lives of our clients.
Because we lose strength and bone density as we age. This negatively affects our quality of life as activities that we are accustomed to performing become very taxing.
THIS IS AVOIDABLE, however, and we can show you how.
This is the class that makes you the "fun" grandparent who can keep up with the grandkids. Improve bone and joint health and stability as coaches help you safely build the core strength that controls balance. Less creaking in the morning, more energy to be active and live the life that you WANT to live!

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Everyone starts with a FREE personal training session. Call Brian Ellender at 985.381.5231 to make your one hour appointment. After the assessment and free session, 3 private sessions are used to teach the exercises performed in the class. Upon completion of the private sessions, clients can enter the Senior Strength Club at regular class times.
Mondays and Fridays at 10am (1 hour classes).
