WHAT IS IT?
Foundations is the technique course for those who have just joined and want to take either CrossFit classes or the Strength Training program. Our 2-week beginners program (6 personal training sessions) is the first step to joining, and introduces the techniques needed to perform exercises safely, efficiently, and with confidence.
The Foundations course has evolved over our 12 years to help beginners gain the knowledge, experience and confidence to join "regular" classes. For those who have some experience lifting, the classes provide an updated model for performing lifts in the most effective way possible, enabling clients to get stronger safely and efficiently during the course.
