CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement, performed at relatively high intensity. The level of intensity depends on the individual, with coaches guiding each client to an appropriate degree for his or her level of athleticism. CrossFit blends weightlifting, gymnastic conditioning, and endurance to build general physical preparedness. Offering a new workout every day, these classes are great for losing weight, toning, core strength, flexibility, meeting new people and getting FIT!
Classes last 1 hour.
Foundations classes must be completed for beginners to join.
